These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of Gillian Pina. This website is owned and operated by Gillian Elizabeth LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all details and descriptions of products are accurate.

Variations: As our products are custom-printed via our partner, Gelato, minor variations in sizing or paper texture may occur.
Color Accuracy: Artwork colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings (e.g., brightness, blue-light filters). We cannot guarantee an exact 1:1 match between your screen and the physical print.
Ownership: All artwork remains the copyright of Gillian Elizabeth LLC and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

3. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Transparent Pricing: In accordance with Colorado HB 25-1090, the price shown on the product page includes all mandatory fees. Sales tax (if applicable in Colorado) and optional shipping upgrades will be clearly calculated and displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments or other listed secure third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment: We use a print-on-demand model through Gelato. Most orders are printed and shipped from within the USA to minimize transit time.
Domestic Focus: At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates. While most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Final Sale: Because each item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damages: If your art arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gillianpina.com within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damaged print and the exterior packaging so we can process a replacement through our printing partner.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, and branding elements (collectively "Content") are the sole property of Gillian Elizabeth LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of a physical print or original artwork does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the image.
Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, scan, screenshot, or create derivative works from the artwork for resale or commercial gain.
Personal Use: You are welcome to share photos of your purchased art on social media! We ask that you provide proper credit by tagging @gillianpinastudios or referencing gillianpina.com.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share necessary data (name and shipping address) with our partner, Gelato, solely to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gillian Elizabeth LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of any products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
