Final Sale Policy Because each piece of art at Gillian Piña is custom-printed specifically for your order through our partner, Gelato, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." We kindly ask that you choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, scale, or materials, we are always happy to help before you place your order.

Damages and Issues We want you to love your art so we take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are professionally packed and shipped with care. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging (including any damage to the exterior)
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right, either through a replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable and at our discretion) at no additional cost to you!

Lost Orders If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will work with Gelato to locate the package or issue a replacement.
